The sun is out and so are the people! Baseball season is warming up like the water at Bluff Creeek. The VMA is gearing up for the 6th Annual Pebble Bluff Creek Car Show and Firemen's Appreciation Day Saturday May 7th 2011 
So mark your calendars people this year The Vancleave Merchants Association is adding a couple great new things for the community and visitors to enjoy 1- a Motorcycle division & 2 - Firemen 5k Fun Run sponsored by Johnson's Chiropractic CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE FIREMAN 5K FLYER AND APPLICATION There will be food and drinks, 50's theme with poodle skirts, jump houses and face painting for the kids. As always it's open to the public with no entry fee, donations and funds raised go to the the much appreciated Volunteer Fire Department ! So bring a chair or blanket and come spend the day on the green, Exit 57 off I10, North 6 Miles in front of Vancleave High School. Judging Starts at 11:30 and Presentation of awards begins at 2:30pm don't forget your camera ! For those wishing to enter a car or motorcycle in the show. There will be over 20 plaques, ribbons with trophies awarded to 1st , 2nd and 3rd. Early registration is $20 for the first vehicle an $10 for the second but must be received by May 2. Day of the Event registration is $25 for the first vehicle and $15 for the second. Registration 8am-11am. Judging starts at 11:30.
